company manufacturers a full range of rolls essentially for cold rolling mills for rolling
of Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel sheets etc. We manufacture the whole range of Work Rolls, Back-up Rolls,
Sendzimir Rolls, Straightener/Leveler Rolls, Plate & Cold Strip Work Rolls. Rolls can
be manufactured in sizes up-to 650 mm diameter and total length of 4.5 meters.
Rolls are manufactured from High Carbon High Chromium
Steels, Alloy Steels of EN-31 & K-310 grade and special grades based on functional
requirements.
Rolls are manufactured from Forged Alloy Steel Rounds
which are ultrasonically inspected to ensure defect-free rolls. The basic manufacturing
cycle consist essentially of machining rolls to customer's drawing, heat-treatment to
obtain hardness as specified by customer and finish grinding.
The company has one of the pioneer-manufacture
of 2 piece Back-up Rolls in India, which not only perform to the most critical parameters
but are highly economical, as the rolls after normal life can be re-sleeved/re-shafted at
half the cost of a new rolls.
